Restaurant Plated Desserts

Ricotta cheesecake set on raspberry coulis and topped with chocolate sauce, mascarpone, and pine nut brittle.












Chocolate flourless cake topped with espresso mascarpone, alongside raspberry coulis and crema inglese.






























Tiramisu set on zabaione and topped with mascarpone.













Mascarpone panna cotta with roasted pears and vanilla beans.













Vanilla gelato set in a martini glass.
